    Effect: Each puppet has a different element that they specialize in. All of then are humanoids, except Katon, which is a salamander. All puppets know how to take out they're pure chakra element, and bend with it, to create ways to attack the enemy.

    Puppets no has chakra, maybe make them all have generators and list some techs perhaps?

    Sure. And no techniques all they do is take out a bunch of they're pure element and manipulate it.
