Role Playing Rules

Starting Threads and Threads Types
All threads are deemed open, attackable and potentially unless otherwise marked:

(Private) – Only threads made in the topic-maker's home territory.
(No-Killing)/(No-Attacking) - Only threads made in the topic-makers home territory.

It is perfectly possible to interrupt existing threads as long as Detection and Travel time rules have been satisfied. A failure to follow them will invalidate your actions and may furthermore invalidate the thread. Repeated or malicious breaches of the rules will be punished. Although there are no distinctive rules on traveling and detection, just try to be reasonable on both.

Combat

Do not God Mod or Meta-Game, both are unacceptable.Of particular note never:

1) State that you hit opponent in your post with any move or technique. Doing so is God Modding. They will decide if they get hit.
2) Claiming you avoided getting hit without a logical or indeed feasible reasoning behind it. Evasion and defence must be as carefully done as any attack and must be explainable. If you can not explain the logic of your action you are God Modding. Constant dodging, even by means of predictive abilities is also considered God Modding
3) Never state the actions of another person. It is fine to exploit there own actions if the thread allows but never to control those of another especially an opponent. You can not for instance claim your opponent ran to your left unless you opponent actually stated that previously.

4)And when Staff approve a jutsu leave the word count according to the rank Color the application of the person is given which is Blue/Olive/Green.

5)you dont have unlimited chakra ya know

Posting jutsu, techniques, weapons, etc. you do not have, or using the ones you have inappropriately or in a manner not implied or stated in the description, in a topic is not permitted. Furthermore if used to avoid death or to make something more powerful than it truely is then you will be considered to have God Modded


You can only ever use Jutsu you know prior to the battle. Jutsu learned during the thread will not be allowed for use by you or anyone else.

Death

Dieing is not uncommon and happens from time to time. The shinobi world is dangerous and you are advised to be careful. Avoiding certain death is considered God Modding.

Individuals who are temporarily away from the site can not be killed until they return, and are able to properly defend themselves.

Suicide is a problem that plagues many sites asunder. Because of this, we have enacted the Suicide/Assisted Suicide Penalty Plan. If you are found to have killed yourself, or have someone kill you intentionally, you will be punished in the following way(s)-

-The only rank your next character may be is Genin.
-You may only acquire jutsu ranked up to D.

Moral of the story, simple; don't kill yourself

Multiple Threads

All members may participate in up to a number of three active Roleplaying threads running at the same time. Only two of these can ever be an RPing thread. One can be training thread or mission topic that is outside of your normal topics.. While they may exist simultaneously they must cover separate time periods and not contradict one another. At no times should you be at two places at once or be in one country one moment another the next. This is to allow people to train or socialize while involved in other threads that may or may not be moving as fast as they might like. Character death in one thread may invalidate the other.

All Roleplay related problems disputes should be referred to Staff. If you believe someone has breached the above rules please contact either a Moderator or an Administrator about the matter.

Genin (D Class Missing Nin) - 5 Canon, Clan, Custom Jutsu - 5 C-rank

Chuunin (C Missing Nin) - 10 Canon, Clan, Custom Jutsu - 4 B-rank Jutsu

Sp. Jonin/Jonin (B class Missing Nin) - 15 Canon, Clan, Custom Jutsu - 6 A-rank

Anbu (A class Missing Nin) - 20 Canon, Clan, Custom Jutsu - 3 S-rank

(S class Missing Nin/Sannin) - 30 Canon, Clan, Custom - 6 S-rank

Kage (S-Rank) - 35 Canon, Clan, Custom - 10 S rank

Note: This is what you start off with, more can be earned IC.


ELEMENTS

Genin start with 1 Element + 1 Clan element if they have one

Chunin start with 2 Elements + 1 Clan Element if they have one

Jonin+ Start with 3 Elements + Clan Element if they have it.

CHARACTER EXTRAS/FLAWS
Character get a certain amount of extras and flaws to make your character unique.
Please read this thread for a complete explanation and examples of the flaws/extras.

CHARACTER SPECIALIZATIONS

Each
Character app has a specialization section where you put what you
specialize in from Ninjutsu to taijutsu to even fuuinjutsu., and you will only be able to
have S-Rank jutsu in only the ones you specialized in.OKAY IF YOU SPECIALIZE IN SOMETHING AND YOUR OPPONENT DONT YOUR JUTSU WOULD WIN FOR INSTANTS WATER DRAGON FROM A NINJUTSU SPECIALIST AND A WATER DRAGON FROM A NOT NINJUTSU SPECIALIST ,THE NINJUTSU SPECIALIST WOULD WIN IN A HEAD ON HEAD COLLISION!!

For Specializations Genin get 1, Chunin 2, Jonin - Sannin 3, Kage - 4

Eg

Genin

Specialization: Taijutsu

For Chunin: Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu.


Kage get will be able to purchase a 4th Specialization.

SUMMONS/PETS

You
will be able to have summons of your rank. And your summons' will be
able to have 2 elements but one of them is yours. Like I don't want to
see someone with Fuuton, Katon and Raiton with summons with Suiton and
Doton. Also for summons you can only have 2 S-rank and 4 A-Ranks over 10
maximum summons. And for the pets, 1 S-Rank and 2 A-Rank over 5 maximum
pets. Pets won't be able to use elements. If you have an animal summon
it can only be one species.

MULTIPLE CHARACTERS

Only one character until you have rp'ed here for a month and then they must be under your main character's rank.

CHARACTER AGES
Genin can not be any lower of age than 9.
Konnin/Sannin/Kage/S rank missing ninja must be/over 16 years of age.
